Resilient Minds, Compassionate Care
Empowering Women Across Texas with Personalized Counseling
Holistic Support for Women’s Issues and Trauma Recovery
At Seeds of Resilience, I provide compassionate support for a wide range of concerns, including the emotional challenges of motherhood guilt and burnout, repairing relationships with children, and navigating unplanned pregnancies. I also address caregiver fatigue and toxic or unhealthy relationships. My practice extends to helping individuals manage people-pleasing tendencies, ADHD symptoms, trauma from sexual assault and childhood abuse, and various forms of traumatic grief, such as child death, violent loss, and suicide.
Additionally, I support those dealing with social anxiety post-COVID-19, miscarriage or pregnancy loss, family estrangement, emotionally immature parents, empty nest syndrome, infertility, and the complexities surrounding abducted or incarcerated loved ones. Each area is approached with empathy and a focus on empowering you through your unique challenges.
Information and Resources
Telehealth Counseling
Telehealth counseling services are offered to residents from all over the state of Texas. Telehealth services mean you never have to limit your provider search to your city or town. Appointments are provided on a HIPAA compliant platform that protects your privacy. Links to your appointments are generated and sent through your secure client portal, ensuring only you have access to enter the session. All you need is an internet connection and a private space. You can join from your smart phone, tablet, or computer.
What to Expect from Telehealth Counseling
Connection - You will receive the same skilled services and support via telehealth that would be provided in face-to-face sessions.
Convenience - You'll never have to drive through traffic to get to an office.
Confidentiality - You get to choose a private location to log in from. Appointments are conducted on a HIPAA compliant video conferencing system to protect your privacy.
Consistency - Scheduling is easier since there is no commute. You can log in during your lunch break, children's nap times, or between classes or meetings.
Cost Effective - With a virtual office there are no overhead costs like rent and utilities which result in lower fees charged per session
